Tour Information

Included in the Price:

• Round-trip airfare + taxes and fees: Hanoi – Seoul – Jeju – Seoul – Hanoi
• 01 piece of checked luggage (15kg) + carry-on luggage (7kg)
• Visa application fee for South Korea (if you already have a visa, a deduction of 740,000 VND will apply)
• Transportation and sightseeing according to the program
• 3-star hotel accommodations as per the program, 2 people per room (individual travelers will share rooms with 3 people)
• Meals included in the program: 5 breakfasts + 9 main meals (budget of 8 USD/person/meal)
• Enthusiastic and experienced Vietnamese-speaking tour guide
• Admission tickets as per the program (single entry)
• Travel insurance as per the program
• Drinking water along the journey, 01 bottle per guest per day
• VAT invoice 0%, and guests must inform us to issue a VAT invoice upon registration and deposit for the tour; after this point, we will refuse to issue a VAT invoice.

Not Included in the Price:

• Passport application costs
• Tips for the tour guide and driver (6 USD/person/day * 6 days), including children (if any)
• Single room supplement of 50 USD/person/night * 4 nights
• Visa for re-entry to Vietnam (for overseas Vietnamese/foreigners)
• Personal expenses: phone bills, laundry, transportation outside the program, drinks during meals, and other personal costs not included above.

Child Policy:

• Children under 2 years old are charged 30% of the adult fare, sharing a bed with parents.
• Children aged 2 to under 12 years are charged 75% of the adult fare, with a separate meal, sharing a bed with parents (For Jeju Air/VJ Air flights, the total price: 16,880,000 VND/child).
• Children aged 12 and above are charged as adults.

General Policy:

• Upon registration, we will proceed to apply for the visa; the visa application fee is non-refundable in all cases: 2,200,000 VND/person.
• Once the visa is granted, we will manage your visa until the group departs. You can come to our office to check the visa, or we will scan and send it to you. After the tour, please return your passport to the tour guide for presentation to the embassy as per regulations. We will return your passport immediately after presenting it to the embassy.
• In case you are not allowed to exit or enter due to personal reasons, the company will not be responsible and will not refund the tour fee.
• Depending on the nature of each visa application, we may require you to deposit from 100 million VND to 300 million VND per guest before departure; this amount will be refunded as soon as you return to Vietnam. If the company has notified you of the deposit requirement and you do not pay the deposit (even with a visa granted), it will be considered that you have not completed the payment process and are treated as canceling the tour. You will not be allowed to join the trip, and the company will impose penalties according to the cancellation policy.

Notes During the Tour:

• We provide a full range of sightseeing services, equivalent to or higher than what is required in case the program needs to change due to actual circumstances.
• If you wish to change or not use the services, we will try to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee a refund for services that have been booked and paid for in advance. We will inform you in each specific case.
• Hotel check-in is generally from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM, and check-out is before 12:00 PM.
• International flight passengers must be present at the check-in counter at least 2 hours before departure and 1 hour for domestic flights.
• Please note that the sightseeing itinerary usually does not include lunch breaks and requires a lot of walking. We will advise on more suitable programs for older guests and children.
